Twilight Saga Star Jackson Rathbone Hosts TV Guide Network’s One-Hour Special Dedicated to Summit’s THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 2
LOS ANGELES (November 6, 2012) – TV Guide Network celebrates the conclusion of THE TWILIGHT SAGA franchise with a one-hour special, “The Twilight Saga: Forever,” airing on Tuesday, November 13 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Hosted by actor Jackson Rathbone, who portrays vampire Jasper Hale in the films, the special pays tribute to THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 2 with cast interviews, red carpet excitement, input from the ultimate “Twi-hards,” and a sneak peek of the anticipated film.
TV Guide Network sits down with “Twilight” superstars Kristen Stewart (Bella Cullen), Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen), and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black), cast members Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen), Nikki Reed (Rosalie Hale), and Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen), and creator Stephenie Meyer, who share their emotional thoughts about the end of the billion-dollar franchise, being catapulted into stardom, and what’s next in their careers. From the screaming fans, flashing cameras, and celebrity-packed red carpet, the special captures all the excitement from THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 2 world premiere at the famed Nokia Theater in Los Angeles as the stars make their way down the carpet to chat with TV Guide Network on the big day.
“The Twilight Saga: Forever” special also catches up with Vampire newcomers Rami Malek (Vampire Benjamin), Angela Sarayfan (Vampire Tia), and Marlane Barnes (Vampire Maggie) to get their thoughts on becoming part of the phenomenon for the first time. Rami and Angela challenge TV Guide Network correspondent Audrey Cleo to a friendly “bowl off” at the Hollywood hotspot, Lucky Strike Lanes, and Marlane proves she actually does love furry things when she gives an inside look at the volunteer work she does at Los Angeles’ Best Friends Animal Society.
Music has played a pivotal role in the love story between Bella and Edward, and “Twi-hards” who have discovered alternative artists such as Muse, Paramore and Bon Iver from the soundtracks will get insider secrets from Grammy-nominated music supervisor, Alexandra Patsavas, about the new music featured in THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 2.
