New MTV Interview: Jackson, Peter and Nikki on Their Favorite Twilight Movies

"The last time I watched a 'Twilight' movie was probably at the premiere of 'Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' " Facinelli admitted.

In other words, if you're looking for the perfect present for Facinelli, it may just be a copy of "Twilight Forever" to refresh his memory. Co-star Reed copped to a more recent run-in with the film franchise based on Stephenie Meyer's best-selling books.

"I'm always working during the premieres," Reed bemoaned. "I watched the first 'Twilight' because it was on TV the other night, so I was just flipping through the channels. It's exciting because I don't remember what happens."

And then there was Rathbone, who we're not entirely sure has ever seen any of the films.

"There are movies?" he joked. "I read all the books."

After Reed suggested a "Twilight" marathon at Rathbone's house, the cast revealed which of the films is their favorite.

"I like the third one because I got to do action in it," Facinelli said, referring to "Eclipse." "Carlisle really doesn't get to run around and do damage to people, but in the third one, he did. He's very compassionate, so after I killed someone, I always said 'sorry' in my head."

"I think you liked the third one because you got to explore Jasper and Rosalie's backstory," Reed interjected.

"Did you have a backstory in that?" Facinelli coyly asked.

Kristen's Interview with MTV from the Toronto 'On the Road' Press Junket

Kristen Stewart Takes Us Inside New Cut Of 'On The Road'

'Anyone who's a die-hard' Kerouac fan will love the updated version, KStew tells MTV News at the Toronto film fest.

Kristen Stewart is thrilled to be attending the Toronto International Film Festival, but don't let her catch you throwing around the event's acronym in casual conversation: when MTV News caught up with the actress shortly after the screening of her new film, "On the Road," she couldn't help ribbing Josh Horowitz for asking if she was enjoying her "TIFF".

"TIFF? 'How's your TIFF going,' that's what you said," she teased. "But it's good, it's good. Last time I was here for 'Into the Wild,' and I don't think I've been back since, so it's fun."

Needless to say, a lot has changed since her last visit to Toronto in 2007; Kristen has gone from a supporting actor to a celebrity headliner, whose appearance at this year's festival has drawn massive crowds of media and fans alike to the "On the Road" red carpet. But for Kristen, the most exciting part of being at TIFF is seeing the movie in its finished state; although she'd gotten a glimpse at the early cut of "On the Road" that had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May, the fresh, final cut that debuted in Toronto was new to her. How does the new cut compare to the one she saw back in May?

"I love both of them so much," she gushed. And as for how the two versions differ: "One's longer, I think," she mused. "Maybe they can have this cool thing where they release a director's cut or something." (Though she also admitted that such a thing was unlikely, since the film that premiered in Toronto is the one approved by director Walter Salles.)

One improvement is clear, however: more so than the film audiences saw at Cannes, the version of "On the Road" that makes its way to theaters in the U.S. later this year will be wonderfully loyal to the book that inspired it.

"It's so true to the novel, not that it wasn't before," said Kristen. "It's just that now it's --" she snapped her fingers, to emphasize how tightly and closely the new cut of "On the Road" adheres to the source material. And for ardent fans of the novel, she assured us, this version of the film would be extremely satisfying.

"Anyone who's a die-hard, anyone who's a real Kerouac fan, is going to appreciate it, hopefully," she said, before laughing at the sweeping declaration she'd just made. "Let me just make that grand statement right there!"
